In which case,
There is little hope for the rest of us.
Stalling, and spluttering
Breaking down and grinding to a halt, just the same.
Us
Humans … The Planet …
Our Leaders and Politicians …
Time to swap out and re-grease the bearings,
Try to keep the world rotating.
Out to lunch,
